1. Store Information and Eligibility

Naveeza operates as an online miscellaneous store. Customers must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into a purchase arrangement. A parent or guardian should supervise purchases made for a minor.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping login credentials confidential. Notify Naveeza promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. The store may restrict or suspend accounts connected with fraud, misuse, automated abuse or activity that risks the website or other users.

3. Product Information

We aim to present product names, images, descriptions, variations, dimensions, colours and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing differences may affect appearance. Minor variations in handcrafted or decorative products may be part of their individual character rather than a defect.

4. Prices and Availability

Prices are displayed in the store currency and may change before an order is confirmed. Delivery charges, taxes, discounts and other applicable amounts are shown in the checkout summary. Products remain subject to availability and may be corrected, updated or withdrawn when necessary.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting checkout information creates an order request. An order may be reviewed for availability, payment verification, delivery feasibility, pricing accuracy and suspected fraud. Naveeza may contact you for confirmation or cancel an order when it cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Any amount received for an unfulfilled cancelled order will be handled according to the applicable payment method and store policy.

Only payment methods shown as available at checkout may be used. Customers must provide accurate payment references and must not submit altered or misleading proof. Online gateway transactions are also subject to the payment provider’s terms and security processes.

7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy and the checkout information for your destination. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, reachable address and contact number. Ownership and risk are handled according to applicable law and the confirmed delivery arrangement.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Eligibility depends on the Return & Refund Policy, product condition, category, reason for the request and supporting information. Some items may be non-returnable where hygiene, customization, use, damage after delivery or other disclosed restrictions apply.

9. Reviews and Customer Content

Content submitted to Naveeza must be honest, relevant and lawful. Do not post abusive, misleading, infringing or private information. Naveeza may moderate or remove content that does not meet these standards.

10. Intellectual Property

The Naveeza name, branding, website design, written content, graphics and store materials are protected by applicable rights. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used commercially without permission, except where law allows.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, place fraudulent orders or use the website for unlawful activity.

12. Service Availability and Liability

Naveeza works to keep the website and store information available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses directly connected with the relevant transaction and does not include indirect or speculative losses.

13. Governing Requirements and Changes

These terms are interpreted subject to applicable laws of Pakistan and any mandatory consumer protections. Naveeza may update the terms when store services or requirements change. The published version applies from its effective date.
