From our store to your address.
This Shipping Policy explains how delivery options, charges, processing, tracking and parcel support work for orders placed through Naveeza.
Place Your Order
Choose available products and provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number.
Order Processing
The order is reviewed for stock, payment status, address details and the selected delivery method.
Dispatch & Tracking
When tracking information is available, it is added to the order record or shared through an approved contact channel.
1. Delivery Availability
Delivery destinations and methods depend on the active shipping setup, product type and address entered at checkout. If a destination cannot be served, the store may contact the customer or cancel the affected order.
2. Processing Time
Processing begins after required order and payment checks are completed. Processing estimates may vary for weekends, public holidays, high-demand periods, pre-order items, customized products or orders requiring customer confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
Available delivery methods and charges are calculated or displayed during checkout. Charges may depend on destination, parcel size, order value, product weight or a store promotion. The final order summary records the delivery amount accepted at checkout.
4. Delivery Estimates
Any delivery period shown is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival time unless explicitly confirmed otherwise. Courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote areas, security restrictions and other events outside direct store control may affect delivery.
5. Address and Contact Details
Customers must provide an accurate address, city, country and reachable phone number. Naveeza is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information. Additional charges may apply if a parcel must be redirected or re-sent.
6. Tracking and Delivery Attempts
Tracking availability depends on the selected courier or method. Customers should monitor order updates and respond to courier calls. A failed delivery attempt, refusal or prolonged unavailability may result in the parcel being returned and may affect re-delivery eligibility or cost.
7. Inspecting the Parcel
Check the parcel promptly after delivery. If it appears severely damaged, incorrect or incomplete, preserve the packaging and contact Naveeza with the order number and clear supporting details. Do not discard relevant packaging before receiving guidance.
8. Split Shipments
An order may be delivered in more than one parcel when products have different availability or dispatch requirements. Where this applies, the order record or support team will provide the available information.
9. Delayed or Missing Parcels
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a delivery estimate has passed, contact Naveeza. The team may review order records and coordinate with the delivery provider. Investigation times are determined by the relevant courier and circumstances.
For the fastest assistance, provide your order number, delivery city, registered phone or email, and the latest tracking status shown.
